Open Enrollment for Voluntary Benefits

 

 

We are pleased to announce that Open Enrollment for all Voluntary Benefits will begin on Wednesday, June 1, 2022. Please note, if you do not wish to make any changes, you do not need to do anything. Your benefits will continue as they currently exist.

The following benefits are being offered during this Open Enrollment period:

  • Legal & ID Shield Plans (Legal Shield)
  • Pet Insurance (Nationwide)
  • Critical Care Insurance (AFLAC)
  • Hospital Indemnity Insurance (AFLAC)
  • Accident Insurance (AFLAC)
  • Short Term Disability Insurance (AFLAC)
  • Long Term Care Insurance (LifeSecure)
  • Universal Life Insurance (Trustmark)

For more information about these benefits, you can log in to Employee Navigator and begin viewing information on all of the plan options from the Employee's homepage.

  • Click on “Resources” on the top right hand of the page.
  • Click on “Documents” on the left hand side of the page.
  • Click  “All Documents” to access benefit plan summaries.

Due to popular demand and the varying schedules and locations of our employees, we are offering a variety of methods for employees to enroll in voluntary benefits (see below). Open enrollment for voluntary benefits ends Thursday, June 30, 2022.
