Human Resources and Labor Relations
I joined Macomb County as a Typist I/II in the County Clerk’s file room section in December 2016. Soon after, I was promoted to what is now an Office Assistant Senior position. In June 2021, I left the Clerk’s office to join Human Resources and Labor Relations (HRLR). As an Office Assistant Senior in HRLR, I welcome new colleagues into Macomb County. My core duties include pre-employment services such as new hire orientation, printing badges, creating personnel files and entering new hires into our payroll system. Prior to joining the County, my career was rooted in customer service roles with companies such as SVS Vision. I also worked for the Michigan Secretary of State. I enjoy serving the members of our community.
Bachelor of Liberal Arts and Sciences, Majoring in English with a minor in Business Administration from Wayne State University
