I joined Macomb County as the Benefits Administrator in March of 2019. Prior to joining Macomb County, I had the opportunity to work for an automotive supplier, where I was responsible for administering leave of absence programs as well as coordinating employee health and voluntary benefits. Before transitioning to the auto industry, I served in various human resources roles in the healthcare industry with an emphasis on staffing, recruiting, and employee relations. Eventually I landed in the field of human resources that I am most passionate about – employee benefits. As a resident of the Macomb County since early childhood, I consider it a true honor to work for Macomb County.
