Jodi Dix, Account Clerk III
Human Resources and Labor Relations
My career with Macomb County began in August of 2017 as a Typist Clerk I/II for the Macomb County Clerk’s Office. While there, I served both the public and the 16th Judicial Circuit Court. At the Clerk’s office, I was promoted to Typist Clerk III and then to Computer Maintenance Clerk. In September of 2018, I joined the Human Resources and Labor Relations team as an Account Clerk III where I worked as part of the pre-employment team for Area B. I am now a member of the Benefits team handling Leaves of Absence that occur in the County and guiding our employees in terms of general benefit questions. I started this position in 2019. Prior to joining Macomb County, I attended high school at the International Academy of Macomb. I also graduated from James Madison College at Michigan State University, which is a well-respected college within MSU that focuses on Public Policy and International Affairs. I look forward to using my education to impact the county in a positive and helpful manner.
