Human Resources and Labor Relations
I began my career with the County in August 2015 in the County Clerk’s Office. In April 2017, I joined the Human Resources and Labor Relations Department (HRLR) as a Retirement Specialist and later became a Team Coordinator. In April 2019, I was promoted to my current position as an HRLR Consultant, where I provide strategic solutions and guidance on a variety of human resources related matters for Information Technology and the Sheriff’s Office. Prior to joining the County, I worked overseas for the European Union where I gained the experience of working in a fast-paced, challenging and exciting atmosphere with exposure to many different cultures and backgrounds, which carry over well into my new position as an HRLR Consultant. I enjoy working in the public sector and appreciate the opportunity to serve our employees as well as the residents of Macomb County.
